I passed by several breakfast spots to get to this one, and it was absolutely worth it! The portions were generous, the food was delicious and served warm, and the customer service was friendly and welcoming. The drink was also really good. On top of that, they taught me how to say my name in a new language, which was such a nice touch! My wife loved the chicken biscuit, and I had the burger with chili and an egg on it—both were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience and truly enjoyed it. Plus, they serve both lunch and breakfast at the same time, which is a huge bonus. I just wish I lived closer so I could visit more often! Highly recommend!

The Rooster Shack is a cute lil shack with rooster decor everywhere!! The restaurant is clean, service was very good, and food was excellent. I had the Breakfast Burrito and hubby had the Egg Platter. My burrito was delicious. Hubby enjoyed his eggs, bacon and rooster chips. The biscuit was huge!When you're done eating, you go to to the register and give them the name you gave when they took your order. They don't leave a bill at your table. Being our first time here, we didn't know that and sat there waiting for the bill to come. When we finally asked a server, we were told to go on up front. Thought I'd share that for other first time guests.

1st time eating here at Rooster Shack. The food was excellent!! I had the Rooster breakfast that was open face biscuits with sausage on top, then fried eggs on that and gravy over everything! My wife had a burger with chili, jalapeños and slaw, she asked for the slaw on the side. Food and service was great!

My wife and I visited the Rooster Shack for the first time, I can’t believe we waited so long. I had the sausage omelette with sautéed onions and tomatoes with three cheeses and jalapeño’s with a side of sausage gravy biscuit. My wife had a smoked sausage biscuit with rooster chips which are like deep fried hash browns. The food was delicious and the service was some of the best we’ve had.I definitely recommend the Rooster Shack

What an awesome find this morning! I was wanting something different than our usual and The Rooster Shack did not disappoint. The staff are super friendly and were willing to customize our meal. The Rooster Basket is phenomenal with great flavor. Ask for jalapeños if you want to add a little zip! We also enjoyed the Chicken & Waffles. This is an instant favorite breakfast spot for us. Looking forward to trying their lunch menu.

Exceptional breakfast spot!! All of the food was cooked perfectly. Even though they were busy we didn't wait for seats or our food. Service was outstanding!!! The place is super clean...even the bathrooms!!! Highly recommend. Thank you for the great start to our Sunday morning. We will be back!!!

We are from Guntersville,AL so anytime we travel,we are always looking for little family owned restaurants.I got the chicken and waffles and it was the best I’ve ever had!!It was like eating fried chicken at Maw Maw’s!!So good!! We were on our way home from Ellijay and just happened to stumble across this jewel!! The waiter/host was awesome!
